Relaters - Thoughtful, Idealistic, Trusting, helpful people. They’re gifted for shepherding, mercy and helping ministries.
  

Promoters - Experimenting, enthusiastic, people-persons. They’re gifted with a vision and can sell it and bring others along with them to put the vision into action
   

Analyzers – Strategies, gathers the facts, reviews the positives and negatives of a vision or plan and its implications when put in to operation.  Tries to develop timetables to began and end the project.
   

Directors – Self-motivated and confident, quick to act, loves improving the process for the better or in a positive direction. They’re persuasive and in control.

Negative Side to the Styles

Relaters – Get protective of people because they like them

Promoters – Get agitated when people try to slow the process down. They look at that as rejection of the proposal

Analyzers – Get paralysis on making a decision because they need more information

Directors – Get domineering and ignore others input or steamroll over them.

Determining Your Style

Relaters: Thoughtful, idealistic, trusting, loyal, helping, receptive, response, cooperative

Promoters: Flexible, experimenting, tactful, enthusiastic, adaptable, socially skillful, inspirational, animated

Analyzers: Tenacious, practical, economical, reserved, factual, thorough, methodical, analytical

Directors: Controlling, quick to act, self-confident, seeks change, persuasive, competitive, risk-taker, forceful
